Returns Policy

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All store credit is FINAL and cannot be redeemed as cash or refunded to a credit card or PayPal account.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly (please provide tracking #). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

**30-Day Warranty**



**Yag Machine Inc.** ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased ("Product") is free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase, under normal use and service. This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to a period of **30 days** from the original purchase date.



**Coverage:**

- **Defects**: Any defects in materials or workmanship detected within 30 days.

- **Services**: Any malfunction occurring during normal usage within the warranty period.



**Exclusions:**

- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or modifications.

- Normal wear and tear.

- Consumables like O-rings.

**Claims Process:**

- Contact us at [sales@yagmachineinc.com] within 30 days of purchase.

- Provide a **proof of purchase** and a detailed description of the issue.

- Follow the instructions given by us for returning the Product.

**Remedies:**

- The Company will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the Product.

- No charge will be made for repair or replacement of the Product.



**Limitations:**

- The Company's liability is limited to the Product's purchase price.

- This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties.



**Governing Law:**

- This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York.
